3Ci is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our rapidly growing client in Birmingham, AL. As the Administrative Assistant, you will maintain schedules and calendar planning, coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, and expense statement management and invoice processing. This is a contract opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in an administrative support role required
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Products (TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note, Share Point)
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • Efficient and organized - task management and help prioritize
  • Team player, willing to help
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, and Word

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain schedules and calendar planning
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Expense statement management and invoice processing
  • Plan and organize meeting arrangements
  • Prepare presentations, attending key meetings, potentially helping with post-meeting notes preparation
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Video conference and conference bridge scheduling, set-up and coordination
  • Additional duties include completing miscellaneous projects, and support to others as needed/available
  • Maintain office operations and procedures
  • Collaborate with peer administrative support
  • Provide backup to other executive assistants
