Job Function:

Key member of the local management team of the Fluid Connectors Division. The team is managed by the Local Division Manager to drive and execute the divisional strategy locally, to achieve growth and value creation plans. In collaboration with the Global Head of Business, the Local Business Manager contributes to the design and development of the Global Sales and Marketing strategy linked to the Business. This person will:

· Develop and implement a local marketing plan, qualify the market needs of the business, and convert it to clear products/solutions requirements

· Determine price level for each customer project

· Provide cross-functional communications

· Manage customer satisfaction

· Drive revenue growth for new and existing customers

· Collaborate with Global Head of Business on the design and development of the global sales and marketing strategy - providing input on local demands of the business

This person is a business matter expert, acting as the local internal strategist and local external spokesperson. The position requires a broad scope of activities relating to marketing, sales, and customer service plus a close collaboration with the Global Business team, in order to drive revenues and market share growth.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

· Manage cross-functional team focused on given business

· Develop and implement local strategic Sales & Marketing plan to define the business segment commercial path to growth and profitability

· Ensure local business functions alignment to meet strategic objectives

· Organize and coordinate local sales operations to ensure maximum sales productivity

· Ensure effective control and take action to guarantee that achievement of sales and marketing objectives fall within designated targets and budgets

· Ensure adherence to divisional Sales & Marketing guidelines

· Travel: 25-50% - domestically & internationally
