-Must be flexible to work early mornings (5:30am-10:30am); part time position and schedule will include Saturday and Sunday on a rotation.
-Assist all guests in a courteous manner and visible during service hours.
-Prepare and set-up breakfast according to brand standards and in compliance with local, county and city health department standards.
-Consistently check and replenish food to ensure appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
-Clear and clean tables and chairs as needed during and after service hours.
-Maintain clean and well organized dining and work areas to include disinfecting all areas where food is prepared and served.
-Prepare food items for following day; check inventories and report to supervisor any items that should be placed on the next food order.
-Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel as well as the local area to effectively assist guests.
-Communicate properly and effectively with guests, associates and managers.
-Complete food handlers training.
-Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
