Construction Laborer | Headquarters in Clarksburg, NJ Job Title: General Labor
Reports To: Operations Manager

The primary purpose of the position is to provide physical labor and construction site support. Work production as a team focuses on installing drilled (helical) and driven steel and timber support piles, support of excavation, environmental remediation construction services and water service utility installation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Arrive to headquarters on time and perform daily work under the guidance of a Site Foreman.Structural site work will involve lifting, loading, and unloading materials and supplies for the day's work and throughout the day, working the grout plant, daily cleanup of equipment and site.Environmental site work will involve hand digging, confined space entry such as manholes, tank cleaning, oil spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping and shoveling, high pressure washing and various other as needed activities.Water service site work will involve daily site set up and break down, hand digging, verifying utility markouts, assist with connections and fittings in the street, private property and inside buildings.Drive company vehicles as needed and perform associated pre/post vehicle inspections using Whip Around (app).Participate in companywide communication using Slack (app).Perform other company or project related tasks as assigned.Be willing to work overtime, early mornings, and late days.Must have ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English.Come to work every day with a safe-work attitude and prepared with basic PPE needed for every days' work (hard hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, work gloves).
