We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Lafayette, IN team. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, maintaining profitability and a superior level of customer service.


  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Manage project budget to ensure profitable outcome
  • Uphold same day communication standard and superior customer service
  • Coordinate subcontractors and material for assigned jobs
  • Ensure that all jobs remain on schedule and within budget
  • Attend weekly production meetings
  • Job site cleanliness and material pick up and delivery
  • Accurately post time to all jobs for labor cost
  • Utilize job tracking software with each job
  • Adhere to purchase order process for all material and labor

  • 2+ years of experience (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
