CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! A medical device manufacturer in Carlsbad is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team! We are looking for someone who is personable, customer service focused, great computer skills and a can-do attitude! Apply today!Pay $17.50/hr. - increase after conversion to permanent employee. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8: 30 am to 5: 00 pmThis position is temporarily working remote, you must have available space to conduct professional/ business video/ phone conferences, along with stable internet connection.This position receives and answers inquiries from customers concerning price, availability and/or application of products and services. This position also receives and enters orders from internal and external customers, including sales representatives. Helps assure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service while accurately entering orders and handling customer concerns, inquiries, requests, and complaints as well as offering suggestive selling solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESReceives, records and accurately enters orders received by phone, fax, email or postal mail from internal and external customers and other Customer Care RepresentativesUtilizes product training knowledge to offer appropriate solutions, troubleshoot and answer questions from customers, Sales Representatives and patients related to product usage including suggestions for use and comparisons to competitive product.Increases revenue through suggestive solutions and soft-selling of product and accessories, relevant to the caller s needs.Within established guidelines, utilizes decision-making skills to judge and resolve issues related to product, freight costs and warranty guidelines.Provides a delightful customer experience through outstanding phone and electronic communication interactions with customers, sales representatives and patients.Must attend annual HIPAA training and maintain strict compliance with the healthcare privacy code.Exhibits professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company and are consistent with the company s policies and practices.EXPERIENCEAssociate s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum experience to include:Order EntryMinimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume call centerIntermediate level computer experience including report generationBroad spectrum of external customer interaction
