Agencyzoom provides a suite of solutions ranging from HR tools to a CRM designed to help small to large insurance agents increase sales, boost retention, and free up valuable time that would otherwise be taken up with time-wasting activities.

This is a rapidly growing company that is making a huge impact on the insurance industry and we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate join our Columbus Ohio office.

We are looking for a technically savvy person with positive attitude and lots of patience that can assist our customers with technical issues and provide guidance as needed

Duties and responsibilities

You will provide insightful advice and friendly, technical support to AgencyZoom customers in need. You quickly diagnose any technical issues the customer is experiencing, explain situations with patience and empathy and provide guidance and training as needed.

* Handle incoming support request from customers via phone, chat and email
* Train users on new features and help better utilize AgencyZoom as needed
* Be a customer advocate and communicate any repeatable issues you see on the job with AgencyZooms technical team to resolve repeatable issues and create a better customer experience
* Educate and excite customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their needs

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must:

* Have 1+ years of related customer service experience in the form of receiving calls, chat support and or ticket support
* Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and form of transportation
* College degree is a plus
