Description

Leacock Paving is seeking a Customer Service Representative like you to manage orders and respond to inquiries from an incoming 800 number.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will handle calls regarding everything from order placement and order confirmation to material availability, product information, and requests to rush orders. • You will communicate with various individuals including retailers, distributors, and freight carriers as well as internal contacts such as sales, production planning, plants, finance, and transportation to service customer orders and inquiries. • You will exercise strong listening skills and decision-making capabilities to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues resulting in superior customer satisfaction. • You will provide back-up support within the team or swing capacity within the Customer Service Department.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: • Your experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (like Salesforce, Infor, etc.) is a plus. • You have 1+ years of Retail or Call Center Customer Service experience. • You have superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills. • You have a commitment to consistently exceed the customer's expectations. • You have excellent listening skills and problem-solving skills relative to customer inquiries. • You can prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks at once. • You have proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment. • You can be proactive, take initiative, be accountable and possess a strong propensity towards change and process improvement. • You have proficiency in operating a PC with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
