Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on Ft. Belvoir supporting all base communications.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Prepare orders in the NetPlus database by creating a TSR (Telecommunications Service Request) using the information obtained from the customers
  • Coordinate with appropriate supervisors for time and material estimates.
  • Work directly with Outside Plant technicians and Inside Plant technicians on any service order questions or issues and/or trouble calls as needed
  • Resolve routine pricing inquiries to include issuance of Corrected Service Orders if needed
  • Update the NetPlus database. This includes building new cables, creating new connectivity devices, updating LENs, updating connectivity for phone numbers and circuits, etc
  • Give verbal and written instructions for all telecommunication devices used on Fort Belvoir

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with handling ticket/service requests or working in an administrative assistant or customer service related position
  • ACTIVE DoD SECRET Clearance

Compensation for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • $24-$27/hr. based on experience
