Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Social & Search)

We are looking for a digital marketing professional looking to grow their experience and take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on the day-to-day management, content creation, implementation, tracking/reporting and optimization of digital marketing content and campaigns across social media. This person will also help manage pay-per-click (PPC), paid advertising and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) among other digital marketing activities.

This role will be responsible for the creation of on-time, on-target digital content that serves to increase our brand awareness and understanding of our solutions, drive ongoing engagement, while generating and nurturing leads through social media channels. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices, bringing proven experience in effectively communicating with B2B audiences to drive results. The work is varied and often fast-paced. The person in this role should possess excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills. This person will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for social media management including but not limited to working with internal stakeholders to create paid and organic social media content and campaigns
  • Create and maintain social selling enablement content through social advocacy platform (EveryoneSocial)
  • Drive ongoing optimizations of digital marketing activities across social media while collaborating with a variety of internal global stakeholders to improve performance and ensure content meets or exceeds KPI goals and metric benchmarks
  • Help manage and optimize digital campaign attributes including but not limited to media spend, ad/campaign development and audience targeting
  • Manage, respond and escalate interactions from social listening and social media monitoring on owned social properties
  • Help generate social analytics and reporting on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to share with key stakeholders
  • Employ test and learn strategies and processes to allow larger scale deployment of learnings to maximize ROI, including but not limited to A/B testing across social media
  • Stay abreast of, evaluate and provide best practices on emerging technologies and trends across social while providing ongoing counsel and support to internal marketing stakeholders globally
  • Provide support of PPC, display marketing and SEO initiatives which includes assisting with management of external search agency responsible for PPC campaigns in the U.S. and internationally
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically paid and organic social media and employee advocacy
  • Hands on experience with managing B2B social media channels and content, reporting on social analytics and insights and use of enterprise social publishing and listening platforms such as Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social employee advocacy tools; experience with EveryoneSocial preferred
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver high-impact results working under tight deadlines across multiple stakeholders
  • Inventive, perceptive self-starter capable of adapting quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to review marketing metrics and assess underlying drivers to gauge and optimize performance
  • Experience managing and working with external agencies to accomplish project deliverables
  • Solid strategic skills as well as tactical expertise
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable advising on digital best practices and recommendations in a group setting
  • PPC, paid advertising, display marketing and SEO experience a plus
  • Google Ad certification a plus
