Their firm is a third-generation family business located in Boston, currently employing 95+ staff members.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering• EIT• 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience• Revit proficiency• Experience interacting with clients• Experience with Revit production and design• Ability to join team and start designing in Revit with little oversight• Must be able to coordinate with clients as needed• Ability to run their own projects all the way throughWork EnvironmentCurrently, the company is working on a rotating hybrid schedule with 2 groups - each are going in twice a week. They are open to more of a flexible schedule depending on the candidate's situation.Interview InformationTwo round interview - both virtual - first round is with the Director of Ops - second will be with Electrical Dept.
