CS: Making Buildings Better SCOPE OF POSITION : Interprets product requirements from takeoffs, specifications and verbal/written requests to create sales quotations . Prepares informational price quotations. Corresponds with field representatives, architects, subcontractors/contractors and internal personnel in preparation of sales quotations in an office environment . Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, including but not necessarily limited to the following: Interprets customer requirements and prepares and revises takeoffs and quotations based upon customer product requirements from architectural drawings and verbal or written emails and specifications. Corresponds and contacts sales reps to obtain missing info, recommends change or substitution to improve cost, delivery, or product. Interacts with sales reps and internal personnel to provide accurate bidding. Assists in providing details for order entry, drafting, production and layout of orders received. Works from emails, takeoffs, drawings, bid forms, verbal and written requests to prepare quotes. Provides technical product support to designers and customers as related to the quotes. Performs other related duties as assigned by management Reports directly to the department supervisor. Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required) High School diploma or equivalent Construction industry knowledge and computer literacy is a plus. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Communication skills necessary to work effectively with both internal and external customers Detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce a plus SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : No PM21PRIMARY LOCATION: US-GA-KennesawTRAVEL: NoEMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Regular
