For nearly 30 years, JAN-PRO has been providing customers with world-class commercial cleaning services through a network of dedicated, well-trained franchise business owners. The Tulsa, Oklahoma Franchise Development office is growing fast and is in need of an ambitious individual to help with our Sales efforts!

POSITION SCOPE:

The Inside Sales Associate collaborates with account sales to identify prospective customers, optimize and execute sales & marketing plans, and schedule sales appointments with a variety of businesses, including banks, car dealerships, churches, medical facilities, office buildings, restaurants, and schools, among others. This position is expected to meet/exceed individual sales-related objectives. and may be either part-time (20 - 30 hours per week) or full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve Market Intelligence:

Ø Develop, analyze and communicate economic, competitive and market reports

Ø Establish and maintain accurate prospect and customer records in our ACT database

  • Drive Sales Appointments:

Ø Collaborate with Account Sales to achieve weekly inside sales targets

Ø Generate appointments via cold calling, direct mail and other activities

  • Manage our Online Presence

Ø Social media accounts (e.g Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ø Digital Marketing efforts (PPC, Search, Reviews, etc.)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience and/or strong passion for sales-focused role with proven track-record of success meeting/exceeding goals and thriving in a team-based environment is desired.

SKILL SET:

Strong communication (both oral and written) and excellent at relationship building. Able to analyze, plan, execute and solve problems. Proficient with standard business technology and software products. Need to be highly motivated, creative, persuasive and confident.
