This administrative position involves direct support of the Area Manager and operations staff, dealing regularly with employee, customer and vendor matters in a professional manner.

Availability: Full-time; Monday - Friday;

Compensation: Salaried, based on skill set, education and years of experience

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities
  • Use of the companies ERP software (Syteline)
  • Utilization of Track software to support customer data systems
  • Prepare customer invoices based on sales quotations
  • Control the office supplies
  • Data input support for weekly payroll
  • Assist in past due collections
  • Expense reporting
  • Assist in developing strategies for better workplace efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum (3) years related experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug test and criminal check
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exhibit accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Must have a valid driver license
