Act as principal point of contact for clients, providing expert advice to recommend new and existing print products and services or anticipating future needs.
Proactively research and pursue potential leads to establish and nurture relationships with new accounts, in accordance with preset sales goals.
Develop an organized and relevant portfolio of Econoprint's offerings as a sales tool from which to consult and make effective product recommendations.
Utilize print, social media, SEO, and other business marketing platforms to generate leads and create brand awareness.
Resolve customer complaints by autonomously investigating problems and developing solutions. Make recommendations to management regarding changes in products, services, and policy to better service our client base.
Seek and maintain professional knowledge by participating in workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing professional networks.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and marketing techniques and performing routine analyses of competitors' sales activity in your assigned geographic territory.

This is a full-time salaried position that includes a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential. This position reports directly to the Lake Delton Econoprint office, but day travel throughout south central Wisconsin will be required.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/qualifications:
-Consultative sales approach
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Comfort conversing with a wide range of personalities across all organizational levels
-Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
-Highly self-motivated - comfortable working independently
-Analytical thinker who can problem-solve proactively
-Detail-oriented with organized notation methods
-Adaptive to a fast-paced environment
-Associate degree or equivalent with a concentration in advertising sales, business administration, marketing, communications, or similar field
-3+ years in a customer engagement role
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
-BA/BS university degree in advertising sales, business administration, marketing, communications, or similar field
-Marketing and/or product development background
-B2B sales experience, ideally in print industry
-Familiarity with graphic design concepts and best practices
