Responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift, to adequately protect the safety and property of customers, employees and the company. Administering first aid and emergency medical attention to customers and employees on the property, as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Must adhere to our customer service standards by providing excellent customer service.
Observe gamblers for signs of cheats, scams or irregularities in play. Notify the proper personnel.
Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents involving customers, employees and/or the facility, also write incidents in the security log book.
Escorts and observes customers and employees, to ensure their safety and protection.
Acts as a dispatcher during emergency situations, and coordinates solutions to it. Informs outside agencies and surveillance of any unusual or suspicious situations on property.
Operates company vehicles as directed to do so.
Maintains a working knowledge of facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise customers of same, whenever possible.
Checks identification from all persons who appear to be under the legal age, to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.
Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
You will be required to greet customers and open the doors for the customer's entry into the casino when you are monitoring the entrance.
Held to a strict code of confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
High School diploma or (GED) preferred.
Minimum of one-year experience in law enforcement or security preferred.
Excellent Customer Service skills and experience working with the public required.
Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
Must be able to multi-task
Must have basic computer knowledge for data entry.
Must have a current driver's license.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
