We are looking for an energetic, resourceful person to provide support to insurance agents and carriers that use SinglePoint. Our customers need help setting up SinglePoint, learning the workflow, and resolving bugs/issues when the arise. Each day will be different. Always new features and changes rolling out. Candidate should be organized, articulate, and tech-savvy. If you have used SinglePoint before, well, that is a huge plus.
You will be responding to emails, Live Chats, phone calls, and online collaborative tools. We will train you, but you need a "can do" attitude.
